What is Sucrose?
Almost anything you buy at the grocery store contains sucrose, a natural compound of sugar. Sugar is one of the highest acid forming foods you can eat, and who do not love the sugar’s sweet taste.
Sucrose gives you that quick and easy extra boost of energy. Once producers refine sucrose, the end product is the white crystal sugar found in most kitchens and dining room on tables, world-wide.
If you hear or see words such as beet sugar, (most of which is now genetically modified or containing GMOs, a whole different story) sugar cane, refined sugar, and even plain old white sugar included on food labels, it is likely that you that food item contains sucrose. Once you eat sucrose, your body metabolizes this natural sugar into fructose and glucose.
When you eat or drink sugar, such as soda the sucrose causes your blood glucose to elevate quickly. The sad thing is that after your blood glucose spikes, these glucose levels quickly plummet downward. There is no tapering off noted.
To remain healthy eliminate all sugar content, because there are other options in which to obtain healthy (complex) carbohydrates, such as those found in fresh fruits, vegetables, and some grains that give you a steady energy boost versus sudden spikes to your blood glucose levels.

You should eliminate everything white on your kitchen shelves such as white flour, baking soda, white sugar along with all of its other names, and much more. White essentially and eventually means “death.”
